XLMind Studio is a digital software product; the license code is delivered electronically by email.
For digital content, refund requests made after delivery of the license code and/or activation are assessed subject to the exceptions set out in applicable law.
This is neither an unconditional refund guarantee nor a strict "no refunds" rule; each request is reviewed on its own circumstances.
For an incorrect or duplicate payment, a paid order where the license code was not delivered, or a technical issue that prevents the product from working, simply write to support@xlmindstudio.com — these cases are resolved with priority.
You can send your cancellation or refund request together with your order details to support@xlmindstudio.com. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time and the outcome is communicated by email.
