The subject of the agreement is an XLMind Studio digital software license. The product is an Excel add-in for Windows.
The product price is the amount stated during purchase. Payments are collected through the iyzico payment infrastructure.
Delivery is electronic; the license code is sent to the buyer’s email address after purchase. Invoice and agreement details may be sent by email.
For digital content and services performed instantly online, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply under relevant law. Details are provided on the Pre-Information page and in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The buyer is deemed to accept this agreement upon confirming the purchase.
