What it does
Cleans the column headers in the FIRST row of the selected table and leaves the data rows unchanged. It trims extra spaces, removes hidden characters and line breaks, gives a blank header a safe name, and makes repeated headers unique, such as Name_2 and Name_3. Select the table or its header row first. This prepares headers that came from a CSV, the web or an export so they work well with Excel Tables, PivotTables, Power Query and lookups.
