What it is for
Stock Market lets you search stocks on three markets from inside Excel and pull their price history straight into your worksheet. On the Borsa İstanbul side you can also take the market summary and the market history.
The Excel problem it solves
Stock data usually arrives in Excel as a copy and paste from a website, with the headers, the decimal separator and the date format fixed up by hand every time. With a few stocks and a few years of history, preparing the data takes longer than the report.

For people following their own list of stocks in Excel, analysts comparing companies in a sector, and finance teams feeding a price history into a model they already built.

What it needs
This tool does not need any data selected first. You choose the market, search the company by name or ticker, set the period and the date range, then point at the cell where the table should start.
How to use it
- Open Stock Market from the Finance group on the XLMind ribbon.
- Choose the market: Borsa İstanbul, NASDAQ or NYSE.
- Search the company by name or ticker and pick it from the list.
- Set the period to daily, weekly or monthly, then enter the date range.
- Point at the cell where the table should start and create it.
What it produces
A table is written from the cell you pick. On the Borsa İstanbul side the rows carry open, high, low, close, volume and turnover. When you picked a single stock the output shows the company name with its ticker; when you picked the market history, the output says so plainly.
Effect on your data and undo
The table is written only to the area you point at, and the rest of your workbook stays as it is. Only the published market data is downloaded; the contents of your workbook are never sent anywhere.
How it differs from similar tools
Rather than copying from a website and cleaning up afterwards, it finishes the job from search to table inside Excel, with dates written as dates and prices as numbers.

The data is for information and analysis in Excel; it is not investment advice. Borsa İstanbul data comes from the official daily bulletin and is not an intraday price. No row is produced for days the market was closed.
Limitations
The supported markets are Borsa İstanbul, NASDAQ and NYSE. NASDAQ and NYSE price history is taken through Excel's own STOCKHISTORY capability, so your Excel version has to support it. An internet connection is needed to download the data.
