Updates
During this period the user may receive fix, security, compatibility and feature updates offered to the license. Content, frequency and dates vary by technical need. No roadmap item or release date is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
After the term, the user may continue using the last eligible version. Later updates or major versions may require renewal.
Standard support
Reasonable assistance is provided for installation, activation, device change, existing features, reproducible errors and update installation.
Exclusions
Custom Excel development, data services, report or dashboard design, training, VBA projects, third-party repair, unsupported systems and repair of damaged user files are excluded.
Channel and response
Support is provided through support@xlmindstudio.com. No fixed response or resolution time applies without a written service-level agreement.
Support data
A support request only processes the contact and request details you send us: your name, email address, subject and message. An order number, the last four characters of a licence key and a file attachment are optional. We do not ask for a phone number.
Sending an Excel file is not required. If the user voluntarily shares a file or screenshot, unnecessary personal and sensitive data should be removed. Shared content is used only for support.
Support records are handled securely. Attachments are deleted automatically 90 days after upload; the correspondence itself is retained.
