A 7-day free trial allows users to evaluate suitability and compatibility before purchase.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
Distance contracts generally provide a 14-day withdrawal right. Statutory exceptions may apply to immediately performed electronic services and immediately delivered intangible digital goods.
A separate unchecked consent must be obtained when the consumer requests immediate digital delivery. It must be separate from acceptance of the pre-information form and contract.
Cases reviewed for refund or correction
Duplicate charges.
Payment completed but no license generated or delivered.
Incorrect plan or device limit.
A verified defect preventing core use on a supported system and not resolved through reasonable support.
Amounts required to be refunded by law.
Verified unauthorized transactions.
The company may first reissue the license, correct the plan, resolve activation or provide a fix. Mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
Situations not automatically refundable
Subject to mandatory rights, failure to meet system requirements, use on Mac or Excel for the web, change of mind after digital delivery, license sharing, unsupported custom expectations, third-party conflicts, damaged Office installation and failure to back up do not automatically require a refund.
Requests and method
Requests must be sent to support@xlmindstudio.com with order number, purchase email, reason and relevant error information. Additional verification may be requested.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and in the actual charged currency unless law requires otherwise.
Business purchases
Consumer withdrawal rights may not apply to companies, merchants or professional purchases. These are assessed under the written quote, enterprise agreement, defect rules and this policy.
