What it needs
A single-area bounded selection (whole col/row refused) and an options dialog (orientation/folder/filename/open-after); existing file → overwrite confirm. Supported data types: text, number, date (by selection).
How to use it
- Select the range to work on.
- On the XLMind Data tab, open the Practical Tools menu in the Practical group and choose Export to PDF.
- Pick the settings you need in the window that opens.
- Confirm; a .pdf file on disk.

Effect on your data and undo
Export to PDF does not change your source data; the result is added as a separate item.
How it differs from similar tools
Compared with a hand-built formula setup there is nothing to maintain; the source table keeps its formulas and formats untouched.
