What it does
Saves the range you selected as a PDF file on your computer. You choose portrait or landscape, and only the selected range is exported, not the whole sheet or workbook. Your data is not changed and nothing is sent anywhere. Select a normal range, not an entire column or row.
Your data is processed on your own computer. Your Excel contents are never shared with AI services.
