End User License Agreement

XLMind Studio is licensed, not sold. The user receives only the limited right described in this agreement.

License scope

A Single License permits use on 1 active device.

A 5 License plan permits use on up to 5 active devices owned or controlled by the license holder.

The plan may not be split and resold or distributed to unrelated third parties.

Enterprise terms may be defined by written quote or additional agreement.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

Free trial

A 7-day trial may be offered. It begins on the first successful trial activation unless a different date is clearly displayed. It does not automatically convert into a paid license.

Activation and devices

Internet access may be required. Activation may process the key, product and version, time and a technical device identifier not intended to directly identify the owner.

Moving to a new device may require deactivation. Unusual activation volume, sharing or security risk may require verification.

Lifetime use

Lifetime use means the last eligible version obtained under the license may be used without a fixed expiry date.

One year of updates and standard support is included. After that, the user may continue using the last eligible version. Later updates, major versions or support may require renewal.

This does not guarantee compatibility with every future Windows or Excel version or perpetual product development.

Restrictions

Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, the user must not copy, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, derive source code, bypass protection, defeat license verification, publish the key, exceed device limits or use the software unlawfully.

User responsibilities

Users must back up important files, test bulk operations on copies, verify tools and options, review formulas and outputs, maintain a supported environment and protect the license.

The software does not make legal, tax, financial or professional decisions. Final review remains the user's responsibility.

Local processing

Excel tools run on the user's computer. Excel files, cell contents and worksheet names are not sent to licensing servers or AI services.

Updates and support

Updates may include fixes, security, compatibility and feature changes. A feature may change or be removed for security, law or third-party platform reasons.

Standard support covers reasonable assistance with installation, activation and existing features. Custom Excel work, training, data services, report design, VBA projects, third-party repair and unsupported systems are excluded.

Compatibility

The product is built for the supported Windows desktop Excel environments on the System Requirements page. Mac and Excel for the web are not supported. Microsoft platform changes and third-party add-ins may affect compatibility.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as available. Uninterrupted, completely error-free or universal compatibility is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Except for intent, gross negligence and mandatory liability, the company is not liable for missing backups, incorrect data or settings, unsupported systems, third-party conflicts, indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption or data loss.

For non-consumer users, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license, except where such limitation is not legally permitted.

Suspension and termination

The license may be suspended for sharing, fraud, payment reversal, device-limit abuse, circumvention or material breach. Where reasonable, the user will be informed and allowed to remedy. Immediate action may be taken for fraud or security risk.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye. This choice does not limit or waive mandatory consumer protections that may apply under applicable law. For any question or claim, please contact support@xlmindstudio.com with your order number and purchase email.
