Internet access may be used for licensing, payment, download, update checks and support.
Information collected
We may collect limited contact, billing, order, payment status, license, activation, technical security and support information required to provide the service. Full card details are not stored by us. Card transactions are handled by iyzico.
Information not collected
During normal use, we do not upload workbooks, collect cell contents, seek to collect worksheet names, send Excel data to AI providers or sell user data for advertising.
A file voluntarily sent for support is used only to address that request.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to deliver licenses, activate the product, process payments and invoices, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security and comply with law.
It may be shared only with necessary payment, hosting, email, accounting, security and professional providers or lawful authorities. Data is retained for the service relationship and legal obligations, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
