Product and system requirements

XLMind Studio is an add-in for Microsoft Excel on Windows desktop, providing data cleaning, text, number, date, comparison, formula auditing, reporting and dashboard tools.

Supported Windows and Excel versions, the required runtime components and installation permissions are published on the current System Requirements page. Please review it before ordering.

XLMind Studio supports only 64-bit desktop Microsoft Excel on Windows. 32-bit Office, Excel for macOS, Excel for the web and mobile Excel are not supported.

Older or modified Office installations outside the verified support matrix are not supported either.

Depending on the plan purchased, the licence may be used on 1 or 5 active devices at the same time. Activation is per device: if activating a new device would exceed the limit, the oldest device is deactivated automatically.

An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic verification. If no connection is available, the software continues to work offline for up to 30 days, after which the device must connect to the internet so the licence can be verified again.

Your workbook contents and cell data are not sent to the licence server; data operations run locally on your device.

Usage period, updates and support

The right to use the purchased version is perpetual and does not expire while used in line with the licence terms.

Eligible updates and standard technical support are included for 1 year from the purchase date. After that you continue using the latest version you were entitled to; later updates may require renewal.

Price and payment

The "Launch price" row in this document shows the current selling price for your order. This launch-period price may be updated after the launch period.

The total charged includes taxes where applicable; no further tax is added to the amount shown.

The charge currency follows the language of the site you order from: orders placed on the Turkish pages are charged in Turkish lira, orders placed on the English pages are charged in US dollars. The country of your billing address does not change the charge currency.

Where the charge currency differs from the base currency, the exchange rate used, its source and its timestamp are shown in this document.

If a valid coupon was applied, the coupon code and the actual discount amount are shown separately.

Payment is processed by the payment provider iyzico. Full card details are not stored by the seller.

Delivery

The licence key is delivered electronically to the email address given during purchase immediately after payment is approved. There is no physical delivery.

Installation and activation details are sent in the same email.

Invoicing

Your payment confirmation, licence email and legal attachments are not invoices.

Invoices are not generated automatically. Your invoice is prepared manually and sent separately to your purchase email within 7 calendar days of licence delivery.

If you chose a corporate invoice, the company name and tax / VAT number are taken from the billing details in this document. If you notice an error, please tell us at support@xlmindstudio.com before the invoice is issued.

Cancellation and digital delivery

At the payment step you separately request immediate electronic delivery of the licence and acknowledge the information given about that request.

Starting immediate digital delivery may affect withdrawal or cancellation rights that would otherwise be available under applicable law.

This does not affect your rights where the licence was never delivered, where you were charged more than once, where a different plan or device limit was delivered than purchased, or where a verified defect exists. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your personal data

Personal data relating to your order is processed and protected as described in the Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy.

The seller's main production infrastructure and database are hosted in Türkiye.

Cancellation, refund and correction requests can be sent by email to support@xlmindstudio.com.

Including your order number, the email address used at purchase and the reason for your request helps us resolve it quickly.

Disputes and how to seek redress

This sale is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

A buyer who is a consumer may bring a dispute before the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of the place where they reside or where the transaction took place, within the monetary thresholds set by law.

Those thresholds are revised each year and the current amounts are published by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

For buyers who are not consumers, that is merchants and legal entities, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

Confirmations at the payment step

The Pre-Contract Information and the Terms of Sale for your order are shown on screen, with your actual order details, before any payment is started.

Once you have seen those documents, three separate, required and pre-unchecked boxes are used: (1) that you have read and understood the Pre-Contract Information; (2) that you accept the Terms of Sale; (3) that you request immediate delivery of the digital licence and acknowledge the information given about how that affects cancellation rights.

When you tick those boxes and use the "Confirm order and continue to payment" button, your order is placed and you proceed to payment.

Any marketing consent is a completely separate, optional and pre-unchecked box and is never required in order to purchase. No explicit consent is sought for the Personal Data Protection Notice.
