Yes. The Create Dashboard tool builds a dashboard from your selected data using one of four ready layouts (Executive, Sales, HR, Finance); the KPI Cards tool offers 12 KPI card layouts, and the Charts tool adds advanced charts.
Yes. Append Worksheets and Append Selected Tables combine multiple sources into a single table, and Lookup from Table fetches matching data from another table by key.
System and Installation
XLMind Studio is built for desktop Excel on Windows. Current verified compatibility details are published on the System Requirements page.
No. XLMind Studio does not support Excel for Mac, Excel for the web or mobile Excel apps.
Administrator permission may be required depending on Windows and company policies. Corporate devices may require IT approval.
No. Excel tools run on your computer. Internet access may be required for licensing, activation, downloads, payment, update checks and support.
Privacy and Data
No. Excel files, cell contents and worksheet names are not sent to our servers during normal product use.
No. Excel content is not sent to or shared with artificial intelligence services.
License
A Single License permits use on 1 active device at a time.
The 5 License plan permits use on up to 5 active devices owned or controlled by the license holder.
No. License keys may not be shared, resold or used to exceed the licensed device limit.
Simply activate on the new computer with your license code; if the device limit is full, the oldest active device is deactivated automatically. Contact support if you need assistance.
You may continue using the last eligible version obtained under your license without a fixed expiration date.
You may continue using the last eligible version. Later updates, major versions or technical support may require renewal.
Delivery
After successful payment, the license key, download link and contract documents are sent to the email address used for the purchase.
No. For security, the license key is delivered only by email.
Check your spam and junk folders. If it is still missing, contact support with your order number.
The order summary, license information, Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement are sent to your registered email address.
Pricing and Coupons
Base license prices are displayed in USD. Payments from Türkiye may be converted to TRY at checkout under the applicable exchange rate and payment rules.
Enter a valid code in the Coupon Code field at checkout and select Apply. The discount and updated total are shown before payment.
No. Only one coupon may be applied to an order.
Payment and Invoice
The free trial lasts for 7 days and begins with the first successful activation of the trial license.
No. No automatic charge is made when the trial ends. A separate purchase is required.
No. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored by XLMind Studio or BYMMB. Payments are processed through iyzico.
Yes. Enter accurate billing details during purchase. Invoices are handled under the applicable legal and accounting requirements.
Requests are assessed according to digital delivery status, verified technical issues, duplicate charges and applicable consumer law. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Select Corporate Quote in the support form to request licensing for a larger number of devices or organization-specific requirements.
